In addition to completing Level 1 Rummelier® certification requirements, candidate can obtain Level 2 certification by completing 2 Advanced Classes (Sugar Cane and Fermentation & Distillation Deep Dives) in addition to tasting a total of 50 distinct rums in a rum tasting Journal.

In addition to completing Level 1 Rummelier® certification requirements, candidate can obtain Level 3 certification by completing a total of 4 Advanced Classes (Level 2 + Aging and Categorizations Deep Dive) in addition to tasting a total of 75 distinct rums in a rum tasting Journal.

In addition to completing Level 1 Rummelier® certification requirements, candidate can obtain Level 4 certification by completing a total of 6 Advanced Classes in addition to tasting a total of 100 distinct rums in a rum tasting Journal.

Rummelier® Level 5
In addition to completing Level 1 Rummelier® certification requirements, candidate can obtain Level 5 certification by completing a total of 8 Advanced Classes in addition to tasting a total of 130 distinct rums in a rum tasting Journal.
Attainment of Level 5 certifies the Rummelier® as an Instructor.
Master Rummelier®

Rummelier® Level 5
After completing the Level 5 Rummelier® certification requirements, a candidate can obtain a Master Rummelier® certification.
